A Nigerian national identified as ‘Ogah’ or ‘Nigerian man’ believed to be in his forties was found dead in his room at Sehwi Danyame on Monday morning.
Some residents in the area disclosed to uniquenewsgh that the deceased was from Nigeria who came to the community with his fellow countrymen to engage in galamsey.
The Unit Committee chairperson of Sehwi Danyame, Felicia Adoma spoke to uniquenewsgh. She said the deceased has not been feeling well for the past some days.
He was then taken to Juaboso government hospital for treatment and later discharged. She said the community has been checking up on him until he was found dead in his room.
Felicia Adoma also appealed to the public to help identify the family of the deceased.
The body has been deposited at the morgue.
