They seem to not understand why most needy but brilliant students do not get to even hear of the scholarship opportunities and apply.
The students made the call when when they were exposed to scholarship opportunities to study in India by some universities in India.
Access to scholarship by Ghanaian students has always been a difficult task for many.
This has been largely blamed for the non-transparency of scholarship opportunities.
In their bid to make scholarship opportunities transparent and accessible for the deserved, Indian universities have brought the opportunities closer to the doorstep of senior high students in Kumasi.
Some students who participated in the education fair lauded the initiative.
They hope the Ghana government can replicate same and make scholarship accessible to those who deserve it.
