The Professional Forum, a pro NDC group has welcome the party’s decision to change leadership on the front bench.
Tamale South MP and minority leader, Haruna Iddrisu and minority chief whip, Muntaka Mubarak representing Asawase constituency were among the affected leaders.
Ajumako-Enyan-Esiam lawmaker and minority spokesperson on finance now takes the minority fron seat at leader, with mp for Ellembelle, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah deputising.
MP for Adaklu, Kwame Governs Agbodza now succeeds Muntaka Mubarak as the minority chief whip.
In a statement signed by the president of Proforum, Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley the group stated “welcome and commend the Party for the bold and tactical decision to effect changes in the leadership of the NDC Parliamentary Caucus.”
The statement also reads “We truly believe that, these changes are weĺl intended and in sink with the clear vision and mandate imposed on the national leadership.”
