Following the recent increase of the dollar Ghana Union Traders Association (GUTA) Greater Accra and Central Region have closed down their shops today following the directives by their national executives.
According to some Guta traders,they are running at lost due to high increasing of the dollar.
Speaking to uniquenewsgh.com the traders emphatically stated that, the high increase of the dollar have affected their business.
The traders furthermore said that, their shops will still remain closed until proper response from the government.
We recall that traders at Adum in the Ashanti region closed down their shops due to the raise of the dollar and killer VAT collapsing their business.
It took the intervention of Asantehemaa to Persuaded the traders to open their shops.
