The chairman of the National Peace Council Rev Ernest Adu-Gyamfi says concerns that the peace council is adamant in quickly responding to issues of National peace and security are false.
According to him the peace council currently has 292 cases it is sitting on to restore peace in the country therefore the public must be mindful of insulting the council because none of them is paid for the job.
He further warned that the country could be plunged into chaos if political parties are not mindful of their statements.
He says the NPC has for the past weeks reviewed all records of hate speech metered out by members of the parties and is committed to ensuring the peace of the nation.
