The minority in parliament is demanding an independent probe into allegations made by one Kelvin Taylor that government is training mercenaries to disrupt the 2024 general elections. The minority says the evidence presented by the said Kelvin Taylor amounts to an expose given the magnitude of evidence provided which gives cause for alarm.
The minority ranking on defense and interior committee James Agalga spoke on behalf of the minority at a press conference indicates ,the defense minister should prove to ghanaians wrong if the said allegation is untrue.
The minority have also accused the government of politicizing the intake of personnel into various security agencies to favour the ruling political party.

The comments by Dominic Nitiwul is in response to a press conference by the minority addressed by the ranking on the defense and interior committee James Agalga who made a number of allegations against the government.
