The tradit, the people and the Assembly members in Bosome Freho district have issued 1 week Ultimatum to the Local government Minister Dan. Kwaku Botwe to follow The President’s order of inviting Bosome Freho DCE Yaw Danso over the Galamsey Audio.
The Aggrieved people believe that, it’s long over due since the president ordered the minister to invite him for interrogation over his Alleged Galamsey Audio.
In an interview with the media, they have threatened Demonstration against the Minister and the Government over the delay invitation of the DCE.
It will be recalled, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo on the 5th October 2022 in a Crunch meeting with the MMDCEs and the House of Chiefs in Kumasi over the recent spree of Galamsey hinted on the Audio in Circulation in the Media spaces alleging that, The DCE of Bosome Freho, Yaw Danso telling people to bring Chinese to invade the *Minti forest Reserve* in the District to do Galamsey and again in the audio, Yaw Danso claims he has given *Go Ahead* to other people to do Galamsey which he takes his Commission from that illegalities despite the Nation’s Commitment to bring down the canker.
The people suspect that, the president’s for the invitation of the DCE for interrogation over the audio has been soiled by the Minister as they give 7 days to the Authorities to expedite action or face their Wrath.
They lamented that, they can no longer share presence with Hon Yaw Danso as their DCE and have described his Stewardship as *”Terrorism type of leadership”*.
Touching on the Concerns of the Assembly members in the District, they also revealed that, the One week Observation of the Late wife of the DCE is Over but he has not been seen at the Office.
Their assertions hinted a worry over the slow pace of development in the area and attributed it to the Autocratic leadership of Hon. Yaw Danso which sees no developmental dialogue with the Assembly members.
