The association in their earlier release has describe the NSS director’s action as unfortunate and requested that he will be sack from the office.
The President of Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA),Mrs Perpetual Ofori-Ampofo in a media interview after her working visit today at the Manhyia Gov’t Hospital stressed that..”it is our heart desire that Mr Opoku Mensah will be sack from office after the committee’s investigation because what he did is uncalled for”.
She commended the National Service Secretariat for setting up investigative committee on the matter.
Currently,the Ashanti Regional NSS director is on suspension to pave way for further investigation into the matter.
He got himself into trouble following a viral leaked audio,in which he was heard raining harsh insult on a nurse after she had called for a review of a prescription by his daughter,who is a junior doctor at the above stated health facility.
