Efia Odo and I shared same bed with no sexual activity – Shatta Wale

Popular Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale has revealed that he has made multiple attempts to initiate a romantic connection with media personality and influencer Efia Odo, only to be turned down each time.

 

The revelation came during his appearance on the Rants and Bants podcast, which is co-hosted by Efia Odo and a group of prominent female influencers.

During the conversation, Shatta Wale detailed instances where he and Efia Odo found themselves alone and even in vulnerable moments.

He admitted that while they’ve been in close quarters together, including moments when both were nude, his advances were consistently declined.

“She doesn’t like sex because I’ve been with her in a room, bathing naked, walking around naked, and she is also naked. And I will say, ‘Please let me,’ and she will say, ‘I don’t like it.’ We have slept together, woke up together,” he added.

The revelation has sparked a variety of reactions from listeners and fans, many of whom have long speculated about the nature of the pair’s friendship.

Shatta Wale, who has cultivated a reputation as one of Ghana’s most outspoken artists, left no ambiguity regarding his feelings, noting that his connection with Efia Odo is one of respect, albeit with occasional unrequited romantic interest.
