A 30-year-old man identified as Yaw Aputu has been electrocuted to death after climbing electricity pole in the aim of fixing electricity fault at Kwame Ankrah in the Assin North District of the Central Region.
Information gathered by uniquenewsgh.com reporter Nana Yaw Asare indicates that Kwame Baah Community,near Kwame Ankrah has experienced low power voltage for some time now without getting anybody to fix it.
The deceased who is a Mason but has little background in electrical engineering was hired by some members of the community to fix the low outage challenges but unfortunately he was electrocuted in the process and died instantly.
The remains has been conveyed to morgue for preservation.
The central regional police command has commenced investigation into the sad incident.
