The District Chief Executive of Afigya Kwabre South Hon. Christian Adu- Poku has lamented the rate at which ladies at Buoho a suburb of Afigya Kwabre South indulge in prostitution is so unbearable.
According to him, the invasion of Nigerian sex workers in the community had a bad influence on the youth to indulge in such acts.
He said the assembly has come out with measures to uproot the activities of the sex workers.
He said the district security council will soon embark swoop to sanitize the district from promiscuous activities.

According to him, the invasion of Nigerian sex workers in the community had a bad influence on the youth to indulge in such acts.

These foreign commercial sex workers were not licensed to operate within the jurisdiction of the assembly and such an act is prohibited so far as the supreme law of the land is concerned.
“We know where they reside and we will clear all of them from their hidden places from influencing our youth into such a barbaric act”.
He made this statement during the Assembly meeting for the year 2023.
