A/R: Suame NDC Constituency Youth Organizer granted 50k bail

The Asokwa Circuit Court has granted a ¢50,000 bail to Suame NDC youth organizer Razak Koampa Avoliya.

This was after his Lawyers pushed for his release on Tuesday after he was charged for allegedly inciting political violence in a viral video.

Mr Avoliya has also been ordered by the Fred Obikyere’s court to present two sureties as part of the bail conditions.

The Suame NDC youth organizer has pleaded not guilty to the charge of Offensive conduct conducive to the breaches of peace.

The court ordered prosecution to file his disclosures within 18 days for a case management conference.

Sitting continues on March 9 for case management conference.

The lawyer for the accused, Lawyer Evans Amankwah says the accused person was granted based on the factual augment  presented before the judge which convinced him to do the needful.

Meanwhile,the National Organiser of the NDC party, Joseph Yamin said, they continue to rally behind every member who is fighting the good course of NDC.

He called on all party faithful’s to protect the party at all cost as they plan to win come 2024 general election.
