It also enhanced teaching and learning to meet the quality standards of modern education.
However, students at Tawheed Senior High School in Akwatialine, Asawasi Municipality, do not have adequate infrastructure development at their school.
The students struggle to compete with the limited infrastructure at their disposal.
Students eat under an incomplete dining hall structure, which poses a health threat to them.
The school lacks a science laboratory for students’ practicals as well as a computer lab for effective information technology education.
According to the school’s headmaster, Mr. Ismaila Musah, the school has a population of more than 1,000.
Some of the classroom blocks have deteriorated, which is unsuitable for teaching and learning
The school does not currently have a bus to support its transportation system, so they must rely on their sister school for assistance.
He is therefore calling on the government, the member of parliament for the Asawasi constituency, and other philanthropists to come to their aid to help improve the standard of quality education.
He was speaking during the school’s Student Representative Council week.
Meanwhile, some of the students also catalogue some of the challenges they are enduring at the school.
