President Akufo-Addo has made some appointments to replace some Ministers who have resigned to pursue their Presidential ambitions.
Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin who read a communication from the Presidency in the House today said the President has made the following appointments.
KT Hammond MP for Adansi Asokwa has been nominated as Trade and Industry Minister designate to replace Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng
Brian Acheampong has also been nominated as Food and Agriculture Minister designate to replace Dr Afriyie Akoto
Stephen Asamoah Boateng who contested for National chairmanship position of the NPP but lost is to replace Ebenezer Kojo Kum who resigned last week on personal grounds as Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs Minister designate.
Mohammed Amin Addam – Minster of state at Finance Ministry Replaces Adu Boahen who was sighted in an Anas Aremeyaw expose on galamsey economy documentary
Osei Bonsu Amoah popularly called OB Amoah- Minster of state at Local Government Ministry designate. Herbert Krapah – Deputy Energy Minister with Nhyiaeso MP
Dr Stephen Amoah nominated as Deputy. Minister Designate for Trade and Industry.
