The Asokwa District Court 1 has again adjourned hearing of the case involving three accused persons standing trial over the death of Ibrahim Mohammed, aka Kaaka.
The court presided over by Her Worship Akua Adu Boahen adjourned the case, awaiting the advice of the Attorney General to make way for proceedings at a higher court.
Kaaka was gruesomely murdered by unknown assailants in June 2021, sparking protest in Ejura.
Three accused persons Fuseini Alhassan, Ibrahim Issaka and Iddi Mohammed have been charged with conspiracy to commit crime and murder, over the incident.
The case has since been adjourned to Tuesday March 14, 2023.
The late Ibrahim Mohammed, a fashion designer noted for using social media platforms to address the ills in Ejura, died at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, three days after he was attacked on June 26, 2021.
He died on June 29, 2021 after being referred from the Ejura Government Hospita to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
