MOH headquarters,25 other health facilities referred to AG for prosecution foo procurement breaches

Chairman of the public accounts committee of parliament has referred heads of 26 health institutions to the attorney general for prosecution for over purchases without procurement amounting to 5.8 million cedis.

Hon James klutse Avedzi chairman of the public accounts committee of parliament says the state cannot lose such monies out of negligence of the heads.

He has referred  these 26 health facilities including the headquarters of ministry of health to Attorney General office for prosecution.
